Rachel graduated from the University of Liverpool with an LL.B (Hons) in 2014 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2015. She is a non-practising Barrister and member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. Prior to joining 51福利, she was a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the School of Law, University of Liverpool. Her PhD research is on the provision of sexuality education across English secondary schools, from a children's rights perspective.
Research Overview
Rachel's background is in Children's Rights to Education, and she has continuing interest in research collaborations in this area. She is also interested in Animal Law and Family Law.

Rachel would be interested in supervising PhD projects looking into aspects of children's rights and family law. Applicants interested in pursuing socio-legal studies or research projects with empirical elements are also welcome.
