Research Overview

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Strategic Management at 51福利 Management School, with my primary research focus on understanding the dynamic capabilities required for digital transformation (DT) in the aerospace industry. Digital transformation is not just a technological shift; it is a multifaceted process that impacts every layer of an organization, from leadership decisions to operational execution. My work specifically investigates how organizational memory – the past experiences and ingrained knowledge within organizations– plays a crucial role in shaping digital transformation efforts at both micro (managerial) and macro (organizational) levels. In addition to my doctoral research, I work part-time as an Associate Lecturer, teaching courses on strategic management and innovation. My academic background in Aerospace Engineering and Management, coupled with hands-on experience in the aerospace industry, allows me to bridge the gap between theory and practice. My passion lies in fostering innovation and helping organizations navigate the complexities of digital transformation and adapt to digital landscape.
