My research interests are Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management, with specific focus on the strategic value of knowledge and the management of tacit knowledge. In particular, I am interested in the ways in which organizations manage knowledge and identify learning, in general, researching around the broad phenomenon of learning in organizations.
