My current research focuses on police whistleblowing, specifically assessing the barriers and facilitators to officers reporting their fellow officers corrupt behaviour. During my PhD, I will be evaluating the current police whistleblowing literature to identify present theoretical and evidential gaps as well as appraising the prevailing methodological approaches to assessing reporting behaviour to advance current measures.
